About HoCArt
Introduction
HoCArt (pronounced Hawk-Art) is a site designed for the exchange of information between creatives (artists of all media, crafters and hobbyists).
Designed around the idea of individuals working to promote self and others without the hindrance of allegiance to a limited venue system. The group is looking for individuals that desire to teach, learn and explore the creative arts, advertising, sales venues, and other business knowledge.
Our members demonstrate a willingness to share information about opportunities, knowledge, and suppliers.

Project Participant Groups
Hobbyists include miniatures artists for gaming, railroaders, doll houses, etc. It is a specific form of the arts targeted at making items for OTHER hobby interests. Hobbyists often get ignored by traditional artist groups, but their work is art on a miniature scale!
Craft Persons typically include those that create using various media and craftsman that create in their trade such as wood workers, potters, and welders.
Artisans include people or companies that make a high-quality, distinctive product in small quantities, usually by hand and using traditional methods.
Wordsmiths, with their special talents to create images out of nothing but our inner senses.
Photographers capturing those moments in time that we do not want to forget.
Singers that let their voice and lyrics fill us with emotion.
Musicians providing us with rich back drops that we hear and feel
Membership Fee
The yearly membership fee will be collected via HoCArt's PayPal account. The membership fee helps to cover the cost of site hosting, site maintenance, dot com/org registration fees and other management expenses. A report will be included in the site documents that will account for the funds collected.
